Failure to pay rents in a timely fashion may result in premature termination of the tenancy subject to current Oregon Landlord/Tenant law. Rents run until tenants return keys and 30 day notice has expired. Do not just leave keys in unit. Call Keystone Real Estate and make an appointment for us to check you out or deliver keys to the office during normal office hours.

At the time we turn in keys we authorize Keystone Real Estate and its agents to dispose of any and all items remaining on the property, at it's sole discretion.
