1. Before you can apply for a rental we require you preview the home and neighborhood. If you have children attending local schools it would be a good time to check their zones for districts and bus routes. 2. After you have visited the rental, contact us for a showing so you can view the floorplan and amenities of your new home. Make sure to ask us for an application when you are touring the property. Call us today to view units at (541)746-1402 (9:30am-5:30pm M-F) 3. After you have visited the property and done a walkthru you need to read over the screening criteria and check for any red flags. If it looks like you will qualify for the rental based on the screening criteria then continue to step 4. 4. Now you are ready to apply!
