Keystonehome.net is offering our clients additional web services for online rental listings. If you have an owners rental contract with Keystone Real Estate you are able to get expanded descriptions and pictures of your rentals listed online whenever you have a vacancy. All listings are updated every Wednesday. There are 3 packages available to our clients and their online listings of vacant rentals: 1) Standard Listing - Free basic listing, no pictures, no floorplan. You can view these listings Here. 2) Plus Package - $75.00 one time fee. This package includes up to 6 pictures of the inside/outside of your rental. Page is hosted on our server and we will hyperlink your property when you have a vacant unit listed in the standard listings. You can see a sample of a Plus Package Here. 3) Deluxe Package - $150.00 one time fee. This package includes up to 10 pictures of the inside/outside of your rental property, and we will create a floorplan with measurments of unit.
